个人简介
谢红，特聘研究员/副教授。 2006年7月获得中国科学院上海生命科学研究院博士学位，并于2010年12月完成美国哈佛医学院博士后研究工作。先后在清华大学和张江实验室/上海高研院任助理研究员和副研究员。
主要在大脑记忆网络的神经编码、类脑运算、生物纳米成像与在体成像等领域开展研究工作。
曾主持承担了（1）国家自然科学基金项目青年科学基金项目，“运用多光子显微镜活体成像技术研究阿尔茨海默病中的线粒体功能障碍和氧化应激”（项目负责人）；（2）国家自然科学基金项目多项面上项目，包括“长时程记忆的表观遗传学调节机制” （项目骨干）、“利用基因组定点分离技术研究神经可塑性关键蛋白的转录调控机制及其在长期记忆维持中的作用（项目骨干）和“神经退行性疾病的表观遗传学调节机制”（项目骨干）和“利用基因组定点分离技术研究神经可塑性关键蛋白的转录调控机制及其在长期记忆维持中的作用” （项目骨干）等; (3) 国家科技部重大科学前沿973项目，“遗忘的功能和机制研究”（参加）；（4）上海市科委探索项目，“通过生物脑记忆印迹网络结构的研究设计具有记忆-认知偶联特点的深度生成式对抗网络学习的新算法” （项目骨干）。
目前，主要主持承担国家自然科学基金项目重点项目“视皮层发育关键期可塑性的突触环路调控机制”（子课题负责人），国家自然科学基金委和德国基金会中德合作项目（项目骨干），上海市类脑光子芯片前沿科学研究基地（子课题负责人）。
研究方向
1) 运用MINFLUX纳米显微镜对生物大分子和细胞结构进行超分辨成像研究
2) 运用多光子活体成像技术和全息光遗传操控平台解析学习与记忆的神经环路结构和网络运算机制
3)发展脑启发下的智能运算及相关系统
