个人简介

张雨超,特聘研究员,硕士生导师。20147月获得中国科学院微电子研究所微电子学及固体电子学专业工学博士学位。主要在光学与人工智能领域开展研究工作。曾主持承担了上海市浦江人才项目“基于涡旋光场和超表面的光学深度神经网络研究”,类脑光子芯片项目下“构建基于深度衍射神经网络的类脑光子芯片”子课题的研究。
